Interview: Prof Mark Drumbl on international criminal law

Last week Professor Mark Drumbl, Class of 1975 Alumni Professor at Washington & Lee University, School of Law, participated in a discussion of the future of scholarship in international criminal law at King’s and also helped to launch Dr Nicola Palmer’s book ‘Courts in Conflict: Interpreting the layers of justice in post-genocide Rwanda’.

In my interview with Prof Drumbl we discussed the treatment of victims in international criminal law processes, the problem of child soldiers and the use of ethnography in criminal law research and procedure.
