Working paper: The Rise of Transnational Networks in Climate Change Governance: A Study in Hybridity

In October I gave a presentation to the Center for Transnational Legal Studies Colloquium on the topic of ‘The Rise of Transnational Networks in Climate Change Governance: A Study in Hybridity’.

Following very helpful feedback from CTLS students, I have updated paper and it is now on SSRN as a Transnational Law Institute Think! Paper. The paper discusses the growing prominence of networks in transnational climate governance and analyses the role of one such network – the UNFCCC’s Climate Technology Centre and Network.
