National laws and regulations have a vital role to play in implementing the Paris Agreement on climate change. In a new article in the Commonwealth Law Bulletin, Eloise Scotford, Andrew Macintosh and I examine the role of national legislation in giving effect to climate policy in Commonwealth countries.
